- For Staff Nurse : HSSLC with Diploma in GNM / HSLC with Diploma in ANM from the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council.

- Age Limit : 38 years as on 01.04.2015

- OBC/MOBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates : 10 years
