Eligibility Criteria :    
  • Educational Qualification :
  • For Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil) : A Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Council for Engineering or Technical Education or its equivalent.One year’s practical Training or studying or research or practical engineering experience in the Municipal Engineering work.
  • Desirable : Working knowledge in computer is preferable.
  • For School Inspector (Bengali Medium) : Second Class Honours or Second Class Masters’ Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent and minimum 55% marks in Madhyamik and 50% marks in Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognized Board/Council. A Bachelors’ Degree in Teaching of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized University or equivalent (N.C.T.E. approved). Good knowledge of Bengali spoken and written.
  • Desirable: Teaching experience in School. Proficiency in games and sports. Ability to organize extra curricular activity.

  • For Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 18 to 42 Years.
  • For School Inspector (Bengali Medium) : 18 to 37 Years
Application Fee : (Non refundable) Application Fee of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty) only and processing charge of 50/- (Rupees Fifty) only will be collected. No application fee shall be paid by the candidates belonging to S.C., S.T. and PWD category, however processing charge of Rs. 50/- shall be collected from the applications belonging to S.C., S.T. and PWD category. The application fees/processing charge may be paid through on-line or off-line as desired by candidate.
