• Educational Qualification :
• For Deputy General Manager : Candidate should be minimum Graduate With CAIB or L.L.B./ M.Com or any P.G. qualification(Except Arts) and The Candidate should have worked atleast for 15 years in any scheduled commercial bank or Urban Co-operative Bank.
• For Assistant General Manager : First Class Graduate. MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labour Welfare preferred (can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years experience in HR in scheduled Bank)
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

• For Deputy General Manager : 55 years
• For Assistant General Manager : 50 years
