Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Officer (F&A) : CA/ICWA.
• For Assistant Company Secretary : Graduate with Associates Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : 

• For Officer (F&A) : 35 years
• For Assistant Company Secretary : 40 years

Application Fee :  An application fee of Rs. 50/- through  Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order in favour of M/s Instrumentation Limited payable at Kota. SC/ST & PH candidates are exempted from application fee.
