Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Chemical/Production : Full time & regular Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/Full time & regular M. Sc. in Chemistry.
• For Human Resources : Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA/MSW – (2 years full time) in HRM/Personnel.
• For Finance : Graduate from a recognized University and qualified Chartered or Cost & Works Accountants from recognized Institutions in India or abroad or MBA – 60% marks with specialization in Finance Management.
• For Marketing : Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA – (2 years full time) with specialization in Marketing Management.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : (As on 30.04.2015)

• Engineering discipline : 28 years
• Non-Engineering discipline : 30 years

Age of Relaxation :

• SC & ST Category : 5 years
• OBC-NCL Category : 3 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on all India Selection Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
