Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Sister Grade-II : Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board with Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent qualification for male nurses and Should be a registered „A‟ Grade Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for male nurses.
• For Operation Theatre Assistant :  B.Sc OR 10+2 with Science with five year experience in O.T, ICU, CSSD, Manifold Room.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 30 years as on 14.06.2015

Age of Relaxation :

• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe : 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (NCL) : 3 years
• PH Category : 10 years

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Written Test & Interview.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- through Challan form in any branch of State Bank of India OR through DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD. No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates of any community.
