Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Account Cum DEO : 12th Passed at least 1 Year Diploma in Computer Application.
• For Pharmacist : Degree Diploma In Pharmacy.
  Nationality : Indian
  Age Limit : 18 to 64 Years (As on 01.01.2015)

Application Fees :

• whose salary is less than Rs.25000/-: SC/ST/Women/PH Candidates have to pay Application fees Rs.200/-  and all other candidates Rs.400/-
• whose salary is Greater than Rs.25000/-: SC/ST/Women/PH Candidates have to pay Application fees Rs.350/-  and all other candidates Rs.400/- in Favour of District Health Society Non NHM Other Fund Janjgir payable at Janjgir.
